We've joined forces with Birdsong at Kimpton Tsim Sha Tsui for a limited-run afternoon tea set — a pairing of world-class hospitality and our signature pastries, made for slow, indulgent afternoons.
Available 27 August–17 September, Thursday to Sunday.
Can't stay? Take the moment home. Our French Fig Eggie (HK$148 / box of 6), the tangy Blueberry Cheesecake Danish (HK$68), and the Raspberry Lemon Meringue Tart (HK$78) are all yours to go.
Afternoon Tea Set — HK$488 per person
On the menu, our beloved French Fig Eggie bursting with fresh fig jam, and the Mini Raspberry Lemon Meringue Tart with airy meringue and nutty almond cream. Kimpton answers with a Coffee Pecan "Eggie" — a crunchy coffee-pecan praline wrapped in cocoa sponge and coffee mousse.
On the savoury side, a Truffle Brie & Honey Tartlet and a golden Parmesan & Parma Ham Scone, served with chutney and our house-made flavoured butters.
