This August, we're taking our cue from the sun-warmed coast — where summers stretch long and lazy, and the table is always full. Our Mediterranean Bakes bring together the flavours of the season: ripe figs, sweet tomatoes, fragrant basil, bright citrus, and a little salt in the air. Familiar bakes, reimagined with a golden, southern glow — made to be shared slowly, in good company.
