About Us

A brand conceived by professional foodies and creatives, Social Goods will reinvent how an all-day bakery is defined. Eating is a true feast for our senses and leaves an impression in our memories, and this chemistry and passion trickles to all the other pillars that are the core of this hub.

Social Goods thinks holistically, where every dot connects. Food is valued beyond its quality and technical refinements, but is also admired through its embedded culture, craft, and aesthetics. Art is known to mimic life and is imitated by life, creating a dynamic relationship. Food is a staple that lives between these constructs, making all these elements inseparable.

By embracing food through the lens of art and lifestyle, it has unconsciously paved the way for community. A warm and inviting space that fuels a dialogue through layers, flavours, and tastes.

In an unprecedented age marked by uncertainty, it wants to recall the beauty of unity. There are many ways one can live, yet Social Goods insists on living through interconnectedness.

Like a mobile party, it's a house of shifting moods and thoughts. While every intersection leads you to food, it may not end there. It will be seasoned with events and happenings through and through.

Custom tiles by Palet

Custom tiles by Palet have become a style signifier within the space. We wanted to take on a layered approach with our interior design by embedding expressions that mimic the rich textures of bread and its natural processes.

music by traumer

Music is integral to our brand as it strengthens shared experiences. We bring you original tracks from Traumer’s brand-new side project — Amine Laje with over 5 hours of unreleased material, including extracts from his album “Datsha”. A smooth, introspective journey where trip-hop meets jazz-infused harmonies sets the tone for our space — inviting, cultured, and playful.

It all starts with a single grain.

Our flours are ethically sourced, meaning that all grains are domestically harvested in France within a specific radius of each mill and meet strict certification requirements.

pottinger street

We are immensely grateful to have set our eyes on this gem of a location. Situated at the heart of Central on the iconic Pottinger Street means more than words. There’s a sense of nostalgia once you step onto the uneven, worn granite staircase of one of Hong Kong’s oldest streets. That stark contrast with the neighbouring modern architecture is a visual sensory experience and an inspiration for anyone who appreciates the arts.
